Here at Cultural Confections, we are committed to providing high-quality food and a great customer experience. Our policy for refunds is outlined below.

 

Eligibility for a Refund

 

A full refund is only available under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong Order: If you receive an item that is not what you ordered.

  • Missing Items: If an item you paid for is missing from your order.

 

How to Request a Refund

 

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us immediately after receiving your order. We may ask for a photo of the incorrect or incomplete order to verify your claim.

To request a refund, please:

  2. Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.

  3. Include a photo of the food you received, if applicable.

 

Non-Refundable Items

 

We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Customer Preference: If you do not like the taste of the food.

  • Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the food after it has been prepared or delivered.

All refunds are issued at the discretion of Cultural Confections.
