Cancellation Policy

We’re excited to offer personalized cake tasting sessions to help you find the perfect flavors and design for your custom order (including wedding cakes)!Tasting Fee: $100 This fee is payable when booking your appointment and covers the cost of fresh ingredients, preparation, and a dedicated tasting experience just for you. If you decide to place an order with us after your tasting, the full $100 will be credited toward your cake/order total – it’s like a deposit that comes right off your final balance! If you decide we’re not the right fit, the tasting fee is non-refundable (it helps cover the goodies we’ve already prepared especially for you). Tastings are by appointment only and scheduled based on availability. To give us time to prepare, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your tasting. Unfortunately, late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the tasting fee.We truly appreciate your understanding – this policy allows us to continue offering high-quality, made-from-scratch tastings while keeping our schedule manageable. We can’t wait to bake something wonderful with you! Tastings are by appointment only, and spots fill up quickly!
